Sounds of the Season Gala 2010
The Dallas Hearing Foundation is very proud of the ‘Sounds of the Season’ formal gala that was held on December 17, 2011, at beautiful and historic Union Station. Over 335 guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and a delicious dinner by Wolfgang Puck Catering. We were honored to have Ms. Cynthia Izaguirre, morning news anchor from WFAA news as our emcee. Entertainment included a beautiful ballet performance from ‘The Nutcracker’ by the Texas Ballet Theater, a fantastic musical performance by the Grammy winning Texas Boys Choir, and a spectacular talent show featuring amazing children who were born with profound hearing loss, yet are able to hear, speak, sing and dance because of miraculous hearing technologies. Adorable Meghana Vedala wowed the crowd as the Junior Emcee. The gala also featured a fabulous silent auction with over 200 high quality items.
