Ms. Lody’s career spans more than 35 years in global health and wellness, with particular focus on services and technologies provided to patients in non-acute care settings. Ms. Lody’s is skilled in developing and executing market development and expansion strategies for health-related products, services, and technologies in consumer-driven markets as well as complex regulatory and payor environments.

Ms. Lody retired from executive roles in 2022, and serves on the boards of the following companies.
- Nobi Smart Lights, a Belgium-based privately held global age-tech company. Ms. Lody serves as
Chair of the Board, Chair, Nominating & Remuneration Committee, and Chair, Finance Committee.
September 2025 – present. - Rocky Mountain Care Enterprises, a privately held provider of alternate-site health care services with
approximately $200 million in revenue. April 2025 – present. - Mozarc Medical, a privately-held dialysis and renal care company jointly owned by Medtronic (NYSE:
MDT) and DaVita (NYSE: DVA). In addition to her general board responsibilities, she also serves on
Mozarc’s Audit Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee. May 2023 – present - ConvaTec Group, a global med-tech company with $2.5 billion in revenue and listed on the London
Stock Exchange. (LSE:CTEC). In addition to her general board responsibilities, Ms. Lody also serves on
Convatec’s Remuneration Committee and Governance Committees. February 2022 – present
