Mike Oneil

I was honored to be invited to join the Advisory Board of the Dallas Hearing Foundation. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to serve in roles where philanthropic efforts were closely tied to improving people’s lives. 

From my time in the dental and optical industries to my current work in hearing healthcare, I have seen firsthand how foundations rooted in healthcare can make a meaningful and lasting impact on individuals and communities. I look forward to contributing to the Dallas Hearing Foundation’s mission of providing advanced hearing technology and services to individuals with hearing loss.

I grew up in Utah, and my career has taken my family across the country, with stops in Memphis, Tennessee; York, Pennsylvania; and Chicago, Illinois, before settling in Dallas, Texas, where we have lived for the past 13 years. 

Today, I lead U.S. wholesale efforts for WS Audiology, one of the world’s largest hearing aid manufacturers. It is a privilege to participate every day in work that helps people live better lives through better hearing.
