Blaine

Blaine Moore, born profoundly deaf, received cochlear implants when he was 3 years old through the Dallas Hearing Foundation. Dr. Peters implanted him and continued to mentor him through the years.  He received auditory verbal therapy from Linda Daniels, part of the DHF team when a patient receives implants.  The implants have allowed him to be mainstreamed with his peers. He got his Eagle Scout and went on to graduate from Texas A&M with a degree in bio-medical science and he is currently at Texas State getting a degree in biomedical engineering.  He wants to work on and design medical equipment.
